Bootcamp
This session brings together a mixture of all different training. We will use a variety of equipment to work your whole body, as well as bodyweight exercises.
This workout will challenge your aerobic system to improve your overall health conditioning not to mention the fact it will ignite your metabolic rate.
Like all group sessions they are completely adaptable to all levels of experince and levels of fitness.
Every exercise has the option to adapt it to you, meaning the workout is accessible to everyone.
Strength
This session uses of Superset to bring a strength workout with a dynamic twist.
Supersets are working 2 exercise back to back to reduce rest time and increase intensity.
